9/11: A Continuing Problem

     I recently read an article about the after affects of the September, 11 terrorist attacks. If you would like to read it, you can find the article here. The article talks about some people who have been suffering the after-effects of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Most of them have suffered serious medical conditions after working at the Ground Zero area. I understand how they get these diseases and cancers. People inhale toxic dust and debris and end up getting sick. I find this must be a horrible way to die. I find there is one problem with this.
     I understand that they get sick from the dust and debris, but I find the world is cruel for doing something like this. All of these people who are getting sick from these rescue sites were only trying to help people in need. If there is somebody up there running this world, how can somebody rewarded with a gut-twisting sickness after they just tried to help people? I know the main answer is science, but I find life to be cruel like this. Human beings can be very fragile, and people risk there lives to help people. Then 6-7 years later, you realize your sick for helping people who needed help.

    The answer is whatever people want to believe in, whether it be science or religion. This is written well, and your questions are a major and long-going debate. We may not even find the answers in our lifetimes, so all we can do is hope.

     To answer this plainly, No, I am not distracted to technology. I honestly work better on a computer or iPad than on paper. I find it easier and more efficient to work with others using technology. Technology allows us to be miles apart and be working on the same virtual piece of paper. Research Update

     Between our Social Studies and English classes, I have been working on a joint research paper. The topic I chose was Karl Marx relationship with Russian communism. I have found this topic to be very interesting thus far. I think a lot of people get confused about what communism actually is. Communism is a socioeconomic system that is supposed to benefit the proletariat or working class people. This system seems good in theory, but it has its problems. It all starts off with the criticism of Capitalism, the current dominant economic system. They say that the Bourgeois, middle class, are only making the proletariat suffer through the economic system through taking advantage of them.       Communism really boils down to one key economic prospect: the abolition of private property. Final Fantasy XV: A Beautiful Piece of Art

     Over Christmas break, I played many video games. One video game in particular struck me in a new way. This game was Final Fantasy XV . Final Fantasy XV  take place in the fantasy world of Eos, which is split between two countries, Niflheim and Lucis. The game follows Noctis, the prince of Lucis, and his friends as they go on a journey to reclaim their homeland. This has been one of the best games I have played ever. The story is great and it develops the characters really well. Not only that, there is so much to do in Eos. It ranges from have lunch at a cafe to fighting off daemons at night. The game is incredibly diverse and there is so much for the player to do.      One of the things that make this game especially great is its character development. Noctis, the main character, is only in his twenties. The game shows this very clearly as Noctis doesn't have the best judgement in the world.
